Jo from “A View of Sydney” has offered “Take Away Store” as the theme for CDP bloggers on August 1. Jo started a photo blog in the middle of 2011. After posting for a few months, she discovered that other bloggers around the world were posting photos daily, so Jo revamped her blog to become part of this great City Daily Photo community.
Jo says she loves taking photos, nothing fancy, just as a record of life, and her camera has been pushed aside a lot of the time for her iPhone. It is all about capturing the moment.
A mother of three (and two four-legged boys), Jo runs her own cleaning business with her husband. They clean private residences within the high-rise districts of Sydney. Jo wanted to share these special views with everyone, with the owners’ permission, of course. Jo lives in the Inner West, the metropolitan district nine kilometers from Sydney’s Central Business District. Jo spends her weekdays in Sydney, but on the weekends, the family heads to the South Coast of New South Wales.
Here is an Aussie icon take away store, Harry’s Cafe de Wheels.
Harry's has been serving pies for more than seventy years. This is a franchise store located at Burwood. Where do you go when you want to get some food to take home with you?
I might have to give this one some thought... I have some pics that might qualify that aren't food related, and another shop I thought of highlighting.
